Job Title: Senior Business Innovation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital transformation and delivery.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
  • Technical literacy in integrations, data, platforms, and configuration.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across business, IT, and vendors.

In addition to these essential qualifications, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telecoms or e-commerce, as well as familiarity with BPMN, Six Sigma, agile frameworks, API/data flow awareness, low-code tools, and regulatory knowledge.
