Marketing Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving innovative projects within a dynamic and fast-growing market.

  • Contribute to the design and validation of new optometric approaches for the prescription of dynamic lenses in collaboration with key opinion leaders among optometrists and opticians.
  • Develop demonstrators to illustrate the visual benefits of our product portfolio.
  • Conduct ongoing scientific and clinical monitoring, including literature reviews, technology scouting, and communication trends relevant to the field.
  • Create scientific and clinical content (written, video, digital formats) to promote and explain the benefits of our lenses to professionals and consumers.
  • Oversee pilot studies across key international markets to collect real-world insights and assess market interest in our products.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
