  • Contribute to cross-functional innovation projects with internal teams and external partners.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Execute the innovation plan throughout the year under the guidance of the Brand innovation manager.">
  • Coordinate the launch of new lens innovations from concept to launch.">
  • Conduct competitive analysis and support product positioning.">
  • Define marketing concepts, performance & claims assessment and validation with R&D and Legal.">
  • Develop B2B communication & marketing materials for product launches.">
  • Deliver product guidelines document to facilitate deployment plans.">
  • Conceive sales aid tools with the Brand Activation & Go-to-Market team.">
  • Support collaboration projects with other brands (frames, lens, wearables).">
  • Craft new stories, building on B2C and B2B messages in collaboration with other brands.">
  • Formulate proposals for product assortment.">
  • Ensure alignment of key stakeholders (internal teams, regions, etc.).">
  • Collaborate with functions like R&D, Consumer Insights, Category, Activation, Communication, and Medical affairs teams.">
  • Brief agencies and external partners on project requirements.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Management (Bac+3 to Bac+5).">
  • Previous experience in Marketing, Innovation, or Business roles.">
  • Interest in Optics.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint.">
  • Initiative, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.">
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.">
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Fluency in English.">
