Job Title: Brand Innovation Manager - Marketing Expertise
Your Role:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for the Transitions brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key projects across various brands within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new lens innovations from concept to market entry.
- Design compelling marketing concepts and develop B2B communication materials.
- Deliver product guidelines to support deployment plans.
- Conceptualize and evaluate sales aid tools.
- Support collaboration projects for lenses, frames, and wearables.
- Craft engaging stories and messaging for both B2C and B2B channels.
- Formulate product assortment proposals.
- Ensure alignment among key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Management.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Innovation, or Business roles.
- Interest in Optics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.
