We're seeking a visionary Head of Brand to lead brand strategy and execution for Skingredients, an award-winning skincare range, and The Skin Nerd, an expert-driven skin consultancy platform.
This is a defining leadership role for a brand builder who can blend creative storytelling with commercial impact to drive meaningful growth across DTC, retail, and professional channels. As the guardian of their brands, you'll lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across Marketing, Creative, PR, and Communications, ensuring their identity is bold, consistent, and always one step ahead in a competitive market.
This is your opportunity to lead two purpose-driven, customer-obsessed brands with a loyal following and major growth potential. Your Mission: Define and execute the end-to-end brand strategy from positioning to tone of voice to go-to-market.Lead a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team and agency partners, driving collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns across PR, influencer, and social — with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition.Protect and elevate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints.Launch content-rich campaigns, community-first initiatives, and influencer activations that drive real brand love.Work closely with leadership to align brand goals with commercial strategy and revenue growth.What You Bring: 8+ years of senior brand leadership in fast-moving consumer, retail, or beauty environments.Proven success building and scaling lifestyle or skincare brands — with a sharp eye for creative and a strong handle on performance marketing.Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams and external agencies.Strong commercial acumen, budget ownership, and a test-and-learn approach to campaign execution.An instinct for innovation, a passion for skincare, and a deep understanding of today's omni-channel consumer journey.To apply send your CV to ****** through our website more information on this role call 01 661 9636 Location: Dublin City - Hybrid Salary: Competitive Package Job Ref: 9463EK
