Strategic Learning Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to shape the learning strategy at our GE HealthCare site in Cork.

This key role will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs that meet regulatory standards while fostering a culture of growth and development.

  • Develop and implement a site-wide training strategy aligned with the transformational journey and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive readiness and documentation compliance during audits and inspections.
  • Maintain and improve training policies, SOPs, and governance structures.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, HR, Education, or related field
  • Strong experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with LMS platforms and familiar with IDA grants or similar funding opportunities.
