Job Details

Permanent opportunity available in a well-established firm of independent accountants. Successful candidate will have at least 3 years relevant practice accounting experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Production of year-end financial statements to the highest standard.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and completion of accounts to trial balance stage.
  • Preparation of year end accounts and audit files, as well as non-exempt audit files.
  • Liaising with clients, tax officials and company office personnel.
  • Training, delegating and developing junior staff to achieve team goals.
  • Client meetings to provide advice, planning and assistance for professional requirements.
  • Assisting with tax compliance and returns in relation to Income Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT and CGT.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years relevant practice accounting experience.
  • Experience of working in practice in Ireland.
  • Ability to work under the direction of senior management and manage a varied workload.
