Chief Technology Officer

This position involves designing and developing software solutions using the full technology stack.
- Design and develop software solutions.
- Have expertise in Systems Engineering and Software development life cycle (analysis, design, and execution).
- Develop unit and integration tests for code developed.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Technical Skills:
- At least 5 years of programming experience with Java/J2EE.
- At least 2 years of programming experience with Oracle.
- Experience with UNIX/Windows Shell/batch scripting.
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk.
- Experience with GitHub, Clearcase source code repository.
- Experience in Hibernate, Web Services and Cloud architecture.

- Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, focused team.
- Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work.
