Job Title:

Senior Clerk of Works

Key Responsibilities:
  • \
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of M&E systems.\
  • Prepare contract documents.\
  • Supervise work on site.\
\

The role is varied and involves dealing with small-scale works, as well as being part of a multidisciplinary team working with other building professionals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:\
  • \
  • Fully qualified electrician within the Republic of Ireland or equivalent qualifications recognised by CRU/Safe Electric Scheme.\
  • A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience as an electrician in the built environment.\
  • Satisfactory experience of leading delivery of electrical works.\
  • Experience of holding a leading technical role in complex works or projects.\
  • Excellent engineering knowledge and technical skill across the full area of electrical services.\
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.\
  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate reports and works records.\
  • Ability to supervise and manage contractors.\
\
