We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Administrative Support Officer. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have experience in reception duties and general administrative tasks, including directing calls, taking messages, and handling mail and office supplies.
- Direct calls and take messages accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth communication and task completion
- Support with clerical tasks as needed, such as data entry and photocopying
