Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the running of food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring smooth operations, and adherence to standards and procedures.
About This Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Key responsibilities include developing, training, and coaching bar staff to achieve required standards, ensuring all areas are prepared for setup, monitoring stock rotation and storage, and supervising and motivating a large team.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require previous supervisor experience in a busy food and beverage environment, excellent leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and self-motivation.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
