Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and accounts administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls for a small number of staff and a larger group, respectively.
  • E nsure PAYE/PRSI compliance and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Prepare files and returns for the Revenue Commissioners each month.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare salary control accounts at the end of each month and year-end financial audit controls.
  • Manage payroll budgets and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Issue and allocate purchase orders against approved invoices.
  • Filing and invoice scanning for electronic payment processing.
  • Cash receipts and bank lodgements.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
