About the Role:

  • As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and coordinating resources across programmes.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and propose innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to support business development efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Programme Delivery: Lead large-scale programme delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
  2. Client Management: Manage key client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Business Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to support business development efforts, including proposal development and presentation.
  4. Skills Development: Actively mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, data & analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive relevant consulting experience and experience in a people management position.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
