Job Overview


The client is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Programme Director to lead the execution of their long-term transformational programme. This role requires an individual with strong strategic thinking, ability to influence without authority, and expertise in designing governance structures.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing a Framework for Execution: Design and implement a framework for the execution of the long-term transformational programme, ensuring pace of delivery is ambitious yet realistic based on resourcing levels and organisational capacity.
  • Governance Structure: Design and implement a governance structure that facilitates data-driven decision-making, driving transformational change.
  • Reporting Structure: Establish a reporting structure to facilitate efficient roll-up of current, accurate information across the organisation.
  • Planning Cycles: Design and implement planning cycles that ensure timely delivery, balancing ambition with realism based on resources and organisational capacity.
  • Cultural Change: Foster an organisational culture that thrives on change, partnering with the People function to drive cultural change.

Requirements:


This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with excellent communication skills and experience in leading large-scale programmes. The ideal candidate will have a keen focus on the impact of change on people and be able to work closely with the People function to land the change.
