Director of Care and Support

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a directorate of approximately 480 staff members, overseeing a diverse portfolio of services.

About the Role:
  • Lead a strategic directorate with a clear vision for excellence in care and support.
  • Oversee various services including Housing-with-Care, Supported Housing, Day Care Services, and telecare operations.

As part of the Executive Team, you will advise the Board and lead transformation across the directorate.

This includes embedding best practices, enhancing the customer experience, and adopting new technologies such as digital connected-health.

As Responsible Person, you will uphold high quality standards in all care settings together with good governance.

This executive role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to services improving lives and strengthening communities.
