The Role
  • Lead the Senior Leadership Team: Inspire, develop, and align key personnel to achieve exceptional results and foster a positive internal culture.
  • Develop Growth Strategy: Create and implement a plan to increase market share, expand product offerings, and explore new customer segments or adjacent markets.
  • Build Key Relationships: Establish strong connections with vital customers and partners, overseeing pricing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements across procurement, logistics, installation, and after-sales service to boost margins and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with Shareholders: Work with stakeholders to explore and execute options for realizing shareholder value over the medium term.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as CEO or Managing Director with full P&L accountability in a business of comparable or greater scale and complexity is essential.
  • Experience within distribution, retail equipment, construction supply, logistics, or light manufacturing/assembly sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational capability is required.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, staff, and shareholders is necessary.
  • Proven and successful background in growing revenues, improving profitability, and enhancing operational performance is crucial.
