About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pre-construction, cost management and commercial performance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, innovative methodology and team management.

About the Candidate:

As a Senior Executive, you will contribute to the company's growth trajectory and succession strategy. You will have a proven track record in delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local and state authorities across various sectors.

The Opportunity:

This is a critical appointment based in Dublin with hybrid options. You will work closely with our Executive Management Team to drive business growth and success.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Promote commercial excellence and best practices across the organization
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue increase
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver major projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  4. Motivate and develop a high-performing team of estimating, surveying and procurement staff
