Network Management System Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled Network Management System Engineers to develop our next-generation network management system.

  • Job Description:
  • Design and execute system-level test cases for our management system, focusing on scale and performance under strenuous conditions.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, often using automation tools.
  • Write detailed bug reports, characterizing failures and their impact on customers.
  • Work with Technical Support to reproduce, debug, and resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Develop a strong passion for creating intuitive user interfaces (GUIs and APIs) that enhance user experience.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or MSc in telecommunications, computer networking, or related field.
  • Experience designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting IP and Ethernet networks.
  • Knowledge of 3 or more networking protocols/technologies such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRRP, LACP, STP, IP Multicast, ECMP, Port-Mirroring, QoS, VXLAN, MPLS, EVPN.
  • Experience with Linux and technologies like KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, HBase.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
  • Experience with provisioning/deployment frameworks like Ansible, Puppet, Chef is a plus.
