We are seeking an accomplished and driven leader to spearhead the delivery of a major wireless infrastructure initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Spearhead the development and implementation of large-scale projects in various settings, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the preparation of project briefs, stakeholder consultation, and design processes, guaranteeing alignment with organizational goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, managing contractor and consultant selection processes to maintain high standards.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee design development, procurement, contract execution, and project delivery, adhering to approved budgets and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships with service managers to facilitate commissioning, handover, and operation of new facilities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on expenditure and project progress.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop strategies for building maintenance, equipment upkeep, and vehicle management.
  • Fire Safety & Compliance: Collaborate with Fire Officers and internal teams to establish and implement fire safety programs, ensuring legislative compliance.
  • Property Management: Support estate strategy planning and property utilization, contributing to record-keeping, compliance, and asset register maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A QQI Level 8 or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Full Membership of Engineers Ireland (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in planning, design, project management or building systems installation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Requisite knowledge and ability for the duties of the role.
  • Access to own transport and willingness to travel between project sites.
