Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned ME Resident Engineer with expertise in wastewater project management to oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control systems (MEICA) at treatment plants and upgrades.

This role involves specialising in the mechanical and electrical elements of works, focusing on commissioning and quality assurance. Additionally, you will drive project delivery on site, ensuring timely completion, cost management, and adherence to specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee MEICA installations at wastewater facilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Drive project delivery on site
  • Monitor and report on works progress
  • Implement Uisce Éireann's safety policies and standards
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years' post-graduate experience in site supervision, contract administration, commissioning, and project management
  • Degree in a related discipline, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of civil engineering works, MEICA projects, design-build-operate projects, and project management
