Job Overview

A leading law firm seeks an experienced banking lawyer to join their knowledge management team as a key advisor.

This is an opportunity for either an experienced knowledge lawyer or a seasoned banking/finance lawyer to transition into a non-fee earning role, sharing their wealth of knowledge in the banking legal industry while continuing to grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a qualified solicitor with at least 6+ years' PQE, you will have a deep understanding of large law firms' banking/finance practices and excellent research skills.
  • You will be comfortable presenting to all levels of seniority and possess strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commercial awareness and a good understanding of business issues faced by clients are essential, as well as a deep appreciation of effective knowledge management in a law firm.
  • Technology is becoming increasingly important, and you will appreciate its value in this role.
