About the Role
Citco is a global leader in fund services and corporate governance with staff across 80 offices worldwide.
We deliver end-to-end solutions and exceptional service to meet our clients' needs.

Our design group contributes to a range of products and strategic initiatives, upstream design processes, prototyping, iterating user interaction designs, and delivering high-fidelity specifications to engineering teams.
This role involves collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to deliver elegant user experience designs.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver UX activities through prototypes, wireframes, service blueprints, and high-fidelity prototypes,
integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing specifications,
advocate for prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

Qualifications
You will be passionate about user-centered design, systems thinking, and visual design,
apply design principles to complex problems from conceptual to detailed design stages,
be self-motivated and adaptable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience,
3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design role, supported by a portfolio,
proficiency in UX fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, high-fidelity, usability testing.
