Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will leverage technical expertise and communication skills to troubleshoot issues in the field and provide accurate updates to customers using PDA software.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role, a clean driving license, and proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and PDA software.

A strong troubleshooting background and familiarity with the wastewater industry would be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage tasks using PDA software and provide customers with accurate updates.
  • Conduct visual risk assessments and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, discussing service plans and upgrades onsite.
  • Perform inventory checks for van and lockup stock.
  • Plan efficient travel routes.
  • Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Physically fit for the job (medical assessment may apply).
  • Clean driving license.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and PDA software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
