This is a challenging opportunity to join our leading law firm as a senior real estate associate. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in real estate transactions to work closely with our clients and provide exceptional consultancy services.
Job Description:
We are the largest real estate team in Ireland, offering extensive expertise in structuring complex real estate transactions. Our team works collaboratively with clients to deliver practical solutions at all times, advising banks, developers, state agencies, corporates, multinationals and both private equity and institutional investors on high-profile mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients;
- To maintain accurate records of client interactions and meetings;
- To work closely with the real estate team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them;
- To communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders through regular updates and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong academic background in law;
- Relevant experience in real estate transactions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
