Key Challenges and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Associate Director, leading a team in civil and environmental design. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing project lifecycles from planning and design to compliance, coordination, and client communication.

As part of our team, you will be driving business growth through identifying opportunities and guiding and developing staff.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field with Chartered Engineer status.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and project management, with multi-disciplinary design management experience.

You will also need to have engagement with clients, stakeholders, and sub-consultants, as well as business development and budget management experience.

Additionally, you should be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings, and have a full driver's license.
