Advanced Language Model Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Language Model Development Specialist to support the development of advanced language models.

In this role, you will play a key part in improving AI systems by creating, evaluating, and refining question-and-answer pairs across various knowledge domains. This is an exciting opportunity for an expert with a passion for developing high-quality language models that can enhance the capabilities of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately annotate data according to detailed guidelines to ensure high-quality language models.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct research to ensure high-quality, contextually accurate annotations that meet the needs of AI systems.
  • Provide feedback to improve annotation processes and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Identify patterns and insights from annotated data to inform model development.
  • Research and define new content categories and classification strategies to stay ahead of emerging trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent language skills and knowledge of market events, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science, linguistics, or related discipline.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and follow complex guidelines to deliver high-quality results.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
