As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, managing client projects end-to-end, and ensuring support with contractual obligations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of managed security services to assigned clients;
- Act as a central point of contact for client service delivery, maintain alignment between client contracts, service scope, and delivery;
- Ensure that all clients' SLAs are adhered to in timely response;
- Lead key processes such as incident management and change management for the service to clients;
- Prepare reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and client review;
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables;
- Work with the account management team to ensure both client satisfaction and commercial targets are achieved;
- Plan, track, and manage internal and client-facing projects to successful completion, including commercials;
Requirements:
- A minimum 5 years' experience in a client-facing, customer-focused role (ideally in IT, cyber security, or managed services);
- Experience in a service coordination or client-facing role within a technical or managed services environment;
- Experience with developing solutions to meet client business requirements;
- A good understanding of networking and/or cyber security services or terminology is an advantage;
- Familiarity with IT service management principles (ITIL knowledge beneficial);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on service delivery;
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team;
- Good project coordination, time management, and prioritisation skills;
