Job Overview

A leading disability service is seeking a Senior Behaviour Therapist to join their newly established Specialist Behaviour Support Team.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of full-time experience in the area of Intellectual Disability and a Level 8 qualification in a health or social care-related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5 years of full-time experience in the area of Intellectual Disability
