  • Take ownership of management accounts, budgets, and rolling forecasts for UK & ROI entities (turnover £10 M+).
  • Deliver meaningful analysis and commentary to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to support growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee statutory accounts, tax compliance, and all regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Lead annual audits and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and lead ERP system enhancements.
  • Partner closely with operations on product costing, margin reviews, and capital investment appraisals.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified accountant with proven Financial Controller or senior finance leadership experience.
  • Strong background in manufacturing or engineering environments preferred.
  • Skilled in group reporting, consolidations, and compliance.
