Senior Bar Person Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bar Person to join our Food & Beverage team.

This is a full-time role offering excellent development opportunities in a professional and friendly environment.

  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar.
  • Provide a professional, five-star standard of service to members and guests.
  • Ensure the bar is always clean, well-stocked, and operating efficiently.
  • Serve beverages and food in line with club standards.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Work flexibly as part of a small, dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working behind a bar.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A good level of English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • PASSION for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
