Job Role

We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment at our new bar. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will ensure all guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings, including menus, wines, hot and cold beverages, and desserts.
  • Ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to provide consistently high standard of customer service
  • The ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • 2 years' experience
  • Good command of the English Language
