Event Support Staff Opportunity

Seeking skilled professionals to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Delivery: Provide excellent service by being attentive, friendly, and efficient in all interactions.
  • Food and Beverage Orders: Clearly communicate orders to kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintaining the Service Area: Regularly clean and maintain the service area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
  • Collaboration with Kitchen and Bar Staff: Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Resolving Guest Inquiries: Professionally handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a waiting or bar staff role.
  • Attitude and Skills: Friendly attitude with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Certifications: Manual Handling and Food Safety Level 1 certificates.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work at various venues around Dublin.
