Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

The Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating scheduling services for clients and caregivers. This position ensures the highest level of care is provided to our clients through various duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Client/Caregiver Schedules to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Assign client/carer schedules daily to match with client care plans.
  • Monitor client activity and update client information using internal rostering software.
  • E nsure all communication with regards to caregivers/clients/HSE/family members etc is recorded in a timely fashion and saved on internal rostering software.
  • Progress unassigned shifts promptly.
  • Schedule rosters daily and plan ahead to meet future needs.

Key Service Areas:

  • Respond to incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Deal with emails efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe to satisfy client/caregiver requests.
  • Promptly address shift cancellations, time changes, and amendments, as well as additional and ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • Facilitate the continued provision of client care by supporting interactions between Home Instead staff, family members, and HSE.

CAREGiver Supervision:

  • Coordinate caregiver holidays ensuring that any careplan changes are logged and communicated within set times to clients.
  • Arrange caregiver holiday or sick leave cover where required.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of scheduling experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • A team player with excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • One year of admin or reception experience.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9am-5:30pm.
