Job Title: Annual Reporting Team Member

Job Description:

The role of the Group Pensions Administrator in the Annual Reporting Team is to assist in the preparation and issuance of annual pension benefit statements, as well as support the oversight of trusteed annual reports. This includes the preparation and review of audit documentation.

Key responsibilities include supporting the team mailbox and queues, maintaining an understanding and awareness of key aspects of pension regulations, identifying areas where the service to members could be improved, and assisting in complex/project work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in pensions administration or account reconciliation
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office products, with expertise in Excel
  • Strong numeric ability
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of defined contribution pension schemes, specifically monthly contribution processing and annual renewal processing
  • Well organized and capable of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment
  • Enthusiastic ambitious self-starter
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
