About the Role

You will be a proactive specialist, driving employee engagement and supporting regional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement regional culture plans by coordinating talent initiatives, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with leaders to review budget requests and provide event support.
  • Operate recognition programs, including troubleshooting and managing employee inquiries.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, partners, and teams.
  • Onboard users to systems and tools, tracking activities and utilization.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HR/Talent operations or employee experience/engagement.
  • Ability to create process documentation and standard operating procedures.

  • Proficiency in Workspace, Smartsheet, and communication platforms.
