Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cost Control Specialist to manage the financial aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in budgeting, contract administration, and procurement.
Main Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient resource allocation.
- Contract Administration: Conduct thorough cost analysis, advise on procurement strategies, and prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials, as well as proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
