We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Keepers Homecare Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading our team of home support workers in delivering high-quality care to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while making a positive impact on people's lives.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or social care and a proven track record of leadership. As a Client Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, conducting regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of caregivers
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction
- Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance
- Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
- Relevant health or social care background
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving license and own car required
