Travel Booking Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to fill this role at our hotel and resort.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest concerns.
- Ensure all reservations queries are handled professionally and within the required timeframe.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of departmental products, goals, and total resort facilities.
- Liaise with reception to resolve guest billing issues.
- Process daily no-show reports to capture revenue opportunities.
- Circulate daily pickup reports and liaise with Sales and Events Department for maximum revenue generation.
- Ensure all reservations backups are filed and copied to relevant departments.
- Communicate promotions and special activities to all departments.
- Maximise revenue in transient room sales, golf tee times, and food and beverage departments.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills with high attention to detail and standards.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with general office PC applications.
- Ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Hotsoft or similar PMS system would be beneficial.
