  • Provide person-centred care and be passionate about delivering high-quality care.">
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding the discharge of residents to ensure continuity of care.">

Requirements:

  • Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with active PIN.">
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland.">
  • Strong communication and listening skills, caring and compassionate nature, and 1 year of relative experience.">
