Social Care Worker Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team in Tarmonbarry, Roscommon. As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to young people within our residential service.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the daily living needs of our clients, including meal preparation, personal care, and recreational activities. You will also contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and growth.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with our clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
