Retail Store Operations Director

This dynamic and results-driven position oversees operations across our expanding portfolio of stores. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and possess strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and community engagement among franchisees and their teams.
- Support stores to drive sales, increase margin and uphold standards in line with our strategic plan.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across all locations.
- Build strong relationships with approved suppliers and maintain approved product lists ensuring franchisees receive best prices.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a franchise or multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- An understanding of HR practices, operational management, and marketing strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
Nationwide travel and occasional international travel may be required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster positive relationships with franchisees, staff, and customers.
