Construction Management Supervisor Opportunity Available

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction assurance activities, ensuring works are carried out efficiently and effectively.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out construction management and supervision on road and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Project Supervisor in overseeing construction assurance activities
  • Assist in representing the interests of the client
  • Monitor works carried out by contractors, witness testing and ensure compliance with specifications
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in construction management and supervision
  • Experience in setting out and land surveying
  • Demonstrated knowledge of engineering solutions and results in dynamic urban environments
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully proficient in MS Office applications and project tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to create a collaborative culture across project teams
