Job Overview

The role of Commercial Relationship Lead is a key position in our organization, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and advising clients throughout their product and financial needs journey.

This involves managing clients effectively, driving sales activity to maximize new business, and building strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of new and existing customers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design and implement a business strategy or plan to maximize opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer's product and financial needs journey.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, adhering to all policy requirements and best practices to ensure sustainable income and early identification of credit issues through intimate client knowledge.
  • Drive sales activity to maximize new business through the development of both new and existing customer bases.
  • Design and implement a business strategy or plan to maximize opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of new and existing customers.
  • Serve customers well, providing them with products and services that are appropriate for their needs.
  • Assess lending propositions using credit skills and experience to make the right decision for our business and our customers.
