Senior Aviation Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our clients with quantity surveying services for an airport improvement project.
The Role- This is a full-time, contract position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
- Hybrid working arrangement involves site-based work in Dublin (3 days) and remote work (2 days).
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in senior quantity surveying or contract management roles on major infrastructure projects.
- Experience with client-side quantity surveying activities, including post-contract responsibilities.
- A degree in construction or quantity surveying related field.
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly Options C, D & E.
- Membership in a relevant professional institution or working towards membership is preferable.
- Excellent understanding of contractual and commercial processes.
- Flexibility, positivity, and engagement, with a desire to learn and develop through diverse client and project exposures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Daily rate: £450 (dependent on experience/qualifications)
