As a Delivery Support Executive, you will work closely with clients to understand their governance needs and develop reporting mechanisms to support project delivery. You will also be responsible for evaluating and implementing governance processes across all contracts, ensuring alignment with major project governance arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project and Programme Management Lead in delivering project governance structures
  • Liaise with clients to understand their governance needs and develop reporting mechanisms
  • Evaluate and implement governance processes across all contracts
  • Collaborate with the wider client organisation to ensure governance compliance

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years' experience in governance activities, preferably in high-value metro rail projects or similar scale/complexity
  • A Level 8 recognised and relevant university degree
  • Strong influencing skills to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to govern and drive outcomes
