Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our Construction, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on a dynamic data centre project in Dublin.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the coordination of CSA work packages, leading and supporting the CSA team, and ensuring site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Project Safety Team.

You will also drive a strong culture regarding Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental matters within your team and plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation aspects for all CSA works.

In addition, you will develop a project delivery strategy for the CSA work and support the commercial team to create 'Scope of Work' documents and sub-contract packages for sub-contract enquiries and appointments.

Other key responsibilities include reviewing client design, highlighting discrepancies or deviations from local and international standards while leading successful resolutions, protecting the company's commercial and contractual position in all instances, and managing day-to-day site operations regarding onsite management of contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Construction degree qualification or similar.
  • At least 7 years of CSA construction site experience.
  • Strong background in managing and successfully completing CSA work packages.
