Electrical Team Lead Position

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as an Electrical Team Lead. You will play a key part in the successful delivery of Data Centre projects, overseeing a team of Electrical Engineers and reporting directly to the MEP Lead.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead a team of Electrical Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Utilize commercial awareness to suggest design modifications that improve cost efficiency, construction schedules, and specifications for quality completion.
  • Collaborate with contracts managers, site engineers, and other discipline leads to coordinate project progress.
  • Review and understand drawings and specifications, determining project resource needs and leading the project team.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Prior experience working on Data Centre projects is beneficial.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Packages.
