Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage with clients at all levels, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support corporate and commercial clients with their needs
  • Plan and execute client events and launches
  • Resolve queries and issues from existing clients
  • Assist in communications campaigns and analyze competitor/market activities
  • Support the design teams with customer feedback and assist the wider management team in their projects and commercial duties
Requirements:
  • 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • 2-3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels
  • Proven ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects
