Job Title: Payroll & Accounts Professional

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Professional to join our finance team. This role involves managing the internal payroll process for a growing business in Dublin West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process payroll data for fortnightly and monthly pay cycles
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of changes: new starters, leavers, pay adjustments, leave, bonuses
  • Liaise with external payroll provider to ensure all data is complete and correct before submission
  • Maintain employee payroll records in line with compliance and GDPR
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with financial reporting
  • Work on year-end payroll reporting and employee statements
  • Support the finance team with tasks such as bank reconciliations, ledger updates, and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience in a similar role
  • Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of Sage or similar systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is critical
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a team-based office environment
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage a dual-function role
