Job Title

This is a role that involves ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of assigned country payroll services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, responding to payroll operations queries, and uploading payroll related data onto the required payroll vendor online tools.

They will also be responsible for downloading the payroll outputs, validating those outputs, and ensuring the accurate payroll processing and distribution of the reports to the relevant individuals or teams within the business.

Key responsibilities will include implementing process improvements related to payroll delivery, providing payroll query support in a timely manner, and using global payroll tools to prepare payroll calculations.

Other responsibilities will include serving as a subject matter expert for time and attendance, facilitating and participating in governance processes used for analysis and approval of payroll work requests and projects, and collaborating with Total Rewards to understand the savings and benefits calculations and the impact on payroll calculation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a shared services environment, knowledge of MS Office suite particularly Excel, and experience working with Workday, ADP Celergo, and SAP end-user systems.

RequirementsCore Skills & Competences
  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Spanish payroll will be an advantage
  • Experience with end-to-end payroll processing including time management, leave administration, registration, pay processing, payroll taxes, reporting, and experience dealing with payroll queries and issues from employees
  • Customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people

As a self-starter and highly motivated individual, the successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, be well organized, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines. They will also have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented, complex environment.
